The Temple Of Stillness album has a set of drone-like sounds embedded with 10 Hz Alpha Isochronic Tones. It was designed to help you relax and meditate. A drone is a kind of sound where a note or chord is continuously sounded throughout most or all of a piece. It's continuous and sometime monotonous characteristic is great to keep you relaxed and focused without the distractions that music can cause.

Alpha brainwaves represent a state of relaxed mental awareness. You are in this mental state early in the morning, when your mind and body are relaxed or while daydreaming.
